Assist a group of 60-70 small to medium-sized customers along the entire customer journey and advise them on the integration and usage of the SDK.
Identify the specific needs of various industries and thus contribute to product development, marketing, and growth.
Collaborate with our support and development teams to solve our customers' support and feature requests.
Manage formal quotations, invoices, and license renewals with our Finance & Operations team.
Expand the Scanbot SDK's usage through multi-faceted cross-selling and upselling campaigns.
Provide regular market and competitive research on which to base our cross-selling and upselling strategy.
Work on the continuous optimization of the CSM processes.
