We are looking for a Junior CRO Specialist to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will support our mission to drive measurable improvements in conversion rates across our digital products.
This position is perfect for someone eager to grow in the field of CRO—someone analytical, curious, detail-oriented, and keen to learn by doing. As a Junior CRO Manager, you will work closely with experienced CRO specialists, assisting in the research, planning, and execution of experiments that directly impact business outcomes. You’ll gain hands-on experience with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and UI/UX design, all while contributing to high-impact projects.
The ideal candidate is passionate about user behavior, optimization strategies, and digital experimentation, and is eager to build a career in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Assist in conducting funnel and user behavior analyses to identify optimization opportunities
Support the development of hypotheses based on data insights, research, and industry best practices
Help design test plans and coordinate the execution of A/B and multivariate experiments
Collaborate with designers and developers to implement and QA test variations
Analyze experiment results using statistical methods and contribute to documenting insights
Maintain accurate records of tests and outcomes to support cross-team knowledge sharing
6+ months of experience (internship, freelance, or entry-level role) in CRO, digital marketing, data analysis, or UI/UX
Basic understanding of A/B testing and digital analytics
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms
Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
Foundational understanding of UI/UX principles with the ability to create mockups that align with brand standards
Experience with CRO platforms like Growthbook, VWO, or Optimizely
Basic design skills using Figma, Adobe XD, Lovable, V0
Previous experience working remotely or within cross-functional teams
Interest in subscription-based business models
