Junior Cost Control Analyst


Core Responsibilities


  • Reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy of financial records
  • Perform comprehensive balance sheet reconciliations
  • Process and manage various accruals including payroll, HR, head office expenses, legal costs, pension contributions and etc.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and assist them in solving various day-to-day queries
  • Prepare and post journal reclassifications based on detailed analysis
  • Conduct daily reviews of organizational costs to identify variances and opportunities
  • Contribute to the maintenance and the update of cost controlling process activities and procedures.


Required Skills and Experience


  • Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or similar area
  • Up to 1 year experience in finance or accounting preferred
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent English skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with BI tools would be considered as a plus
  • Prior experience in an international business environment considered a plus.
