The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Copywriter who’s excited to write across the entire Olive & June ecosystem: from marketing campaigns and product launches to social content and community education. You’ll work closely with teams across Marketing, Product, Creative, and Community, contributing copy that’s clear, clever, and deeply aligned with our brand voice.

This is a hands-on role for someone who’s eager to learn, collaborate, and create work that’s both fun and purposeful. You’ll have the opportunity to experiment creatively, see your ideas come to life quickly, and grow your skills alongside a supportive, fast-moving team.

What You’ll Do

• Write on-brand copy across channels, including:
• Marketing campaigns (email, web, paid, social)
• Product naming, descriptions, and packaging
• Community campaigns
• Collaborate cross-functionally with:
• Product to help bring new launches to life
• Marketing to support email, web, and retail campaigns and growth initiatives
• Community to create helpful, encouraging content that educates and inspires
• Help maintain and evolve the Olive & June voice: friendly, confident, inclusive, empowering, relevant
• Participate in brainstorms and contribute creative ideas (big and small)
• Generate original copy across email, web, product, community, and more.
• Edit and proofread copy to ensure clarity, consistency, and polish
• Stay tapped into beauty trends, nail culture, and what our community is excited about

Who You Are

• You love nails, beauty, self-care, and culture and actually care about the details
• You’re a strong writer with a natural feel for tone and storytelling
• You’re curious, collaborative, and excited to work across teams
• You’re organized, thoughtful, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
• You enjoy both playful creativity and purposeful, problem-solving work
• You’re eager to learn, take feedback, grow as a writer, and work quickly 

What You Bring

• 2+ years of copywriting, editorial, or relevant writing experience
• A portfolio or writing samples that show range, voice, and creativity
• Familiarity with digital-first brands, social platforms, and modern marketing
• Bonus: experience or strong interest in beauty, nails, fashion, or lifestyle brands
