You will be part of a collaborative global People & Culture team, supporting the German legal entity while also taking responsibility for Switzerland. This role is ideal for someone who combines solid HR Business Partner experience with a hands-on mindset, a strong passion for recruiting, and the motivation to help build scalable people practices in a growing organization.

Your mission

• Preparation of regular financial reporting’s, management dashboards and decision making documents 
• Support of the budgeting process, budget reviews and ad hoc budgetary information requests 
• Support cost and revenue accounting
• Analysis and optimization of existing data quality;
• Support the scale up of IT systems and processes 
• Interaction with interfaces to relevant departments

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on accounting, controlling, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of forecasting and planning
• Basic knowledge of accounting
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Excellent Excel skills
• Understanding of data quality and data logic
• Ability to quickly grasp business contexts
• Structured and meticulous work style
• Knowledge of Power BI or data visualization (optional)
• Independent and proactive work style
