Support project implementation under the supervision of senior team members;

Identify and track donor-funding projects in Armenia and prepare summary reports;

Assist in drafting project proposals;

Gather data to conduct research to analyze industries, competitors, and business opportunities;

Organize events and workshops to meet company and client objectives;

Collaborate with consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget;

Prepare training materials and presentations for clients;

Maintain client communication to provide updates;

Adhere to company policies and assist in policy creation when needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related fields;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Armenian;

Strong analytical and research skills;

Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;

Attention to detail and the ability to work under strict deadlines
