Mission

As a Junior Configurator, you'll be part of a cutting-edge team shaping how enterprise-grade digital solutions are designed and delivered. What you will do on a daily basis:

• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to understand business needs and translate them into working configurations.
• Configure digital journeys using the FlowX.AI platform and validate them against business and technical requirements.
• Identify gaps, suggest improvements, and actively participate in iteration cycles.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure traceability of your work.
• Stay curious and keep learning - tools, techniques, patterns, and platforms.
• Be an active voice in the evolution of our product, team culture, and methodologies.

Very likely you can be successful if you have:

• Pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Familiarity with Java/MVEL or Python.
• Exposure to HTML, CSS, or Angular.
• Any hands-on experience with BPMN platforms (Appian, Camunda, IBM, Pega) is a bonus.
• You love solving problems and aren’t afraid to ask questions.
• You value collaboration and communicate clearly and proactively.
• You're organized, detail-oriented, and care deeply about getting things right.
