Junior Configuration Specialist (CLM)

• Configure Icertis CLM components, including workflows, templates, clauses, fields, and metadata

• Perform system setup tasks based on clearly defined business and technical requirements

• Support data preparation activities and participate in configuration testing and validation

• Maintain configuration documentation and ensure accuracy of configuration records

• Troubleshoot configuration-related issues and implement approved minor changes

• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent implementation of best practices

• 1–2 years of experience working with enterprise systems (CLM, CRM, ServiceNow, ERP, SAP, or similar)

• Hands-on experience with system configuration (not limited to analysis or design tasks)

• Ability to follow specifications carefully and work independently on assigned tasks

• Strong attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to work

• English level: Intermediate or higher (reading and writing)

WOULD BE A PLUS

• Experience with integrations or automation tools

• Knowledge of contract management processes

• Certifications in enterprise platforms (e.g., Icertis CLM, Salesforce, SAP)
