This is a remote, part-time role (30h per week) and includes weekend/holiday shifts.
We are looking for a part-time Junior Community Support Specialist to provide assistance to the thriving Pepper.pl community. You’re cool-headed, empathetic, and pragmatic and can demonstrate your ability to solve tricky or sensitive situations, and you fully understand the subjective nature of online community management. You enjoy working with colleagues but aren’t afraid of self-management and working independently. You ideally have experience moderating a forum or online community coupled with a customer service background; you’re friendly and fair and handle stressful situations well.
