We are looking for a Junior Commercial Campaigns Specialist to support the Commercial Campaigns team in the execution and coordination of commercial and marketing campaigns. The role is hands-on and supportive, focusing on coordination, follow-ups and smooth communication between Commercial and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the coordination of daily tasks between Commercial and Marketing teams
• Assist in the execution of promotions, campaigns and product launches
• Track timelines, deadlines and deliverables
• Organize campaign materials, briefs and digital assets
• Participate in meetings and prepare short status updates
• Support basic reporting and data collection for campaigns
• Ensure campaigns are executed in line with brand guidelines

Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in a coordination, marketing or commercial support role
• Basic understanding of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Very good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office / collaboration tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changes

Nice to Have:

• Experience with project coordination tools (e.g. Planner, Asana, Teams)
• Exposure to retail, commercial or marketing activations
