The Client Solutions team is responsible for campaign execution and success, working closely with the Client Partner team to deliver best-in-class service to clients. We work with leading agencies and brands across Korea to educate and inform them about the evolving opportunities on X.
As a Junior Client Solutions Manager for X, you will support the design, execution, and optimization of campaigns while developing your expertise in paid media and client consulting. This role is ideal for someone early in their digital media career who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to client success.
What You’ll Do
Support clients and agencies in achieving success on the paid media platform and meeting their business goals and KPIs
Assist in campaign setup, monitoring performance, and implementing optimization recommendations
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support client growth strategies on the platform
Help build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and advertisers
Support the planning and delivery of educational sessions for agency campaign managers and clients
Assist in driving product adoption across agency teams and strategic clients
Develop product expertise and communicate updates and best practices clearly to stakeholders
Identify potential upsell opportunities and flag them to senior team members
Liaise with internal teams to help troubleshoot and resolve client campaign queries
Support the preparation and delivery of business reviews
Collaborate with Client Partners on pod strategy and quarterly tactical planning
Assist with pre-sales and post-sales activities, including presentation and deck preparation
Continuously build performance marketing expertise to execute campaigns effectively
What You Need for This Role
1–3 years of experience in digital media, marketing, or advertising
Basic experience with paid media campaign management and performance analysis
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail
Comfortable creating and presenting client-facing materials
Fluent in Korean and professional working proficiency in English
Salesforce experience is a plus
