Junior Client Settlements Operations Specialist (Early Morning Shift)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support the processing of withdrawal payments with third-party Payment Service Providers (PSPs).

Responsibilities

• Support the processing of withdrawal payments with third-party PSPs, following established procedures and security measures.
• Respond to customer cases promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to supervisors as necessary.
• Perform daily settlement tasks under the supervision of senior staff members.
• Conduct reconciliation of bank accounts to transaction accounts, reporting any discrepancies to supervisors for resolution.
• Assist in bookkeeping activities using Xero accounting software, maintaining organized and accurate financial records.
• Foster positive relationships with external service providers, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving.
• Assist in preparing transaction remittances for the morning shift, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Contribute to daily settlement procedures and data entry into the ledger system.

Requirements

• Well organised with high accuracy levels, attention to detail.
• Skilful with MS Office (especially Excel) and XERO applications.
• High proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
• Work well in a team and be able to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiar with MT4/MT5 Trading system is a plus.
• Working hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Sydney time.
