Servus und hallo bei uns hier in Sungrow! We're seeking a vigilant guardian of contractual integrity to join our team as a Junior Claims Manager for the DACH region. This role is a prime opportunity to dive deep into the legal and commercial intricacies of our pioneering solar energy projects. - Support the assessment and management of all contractual claims, both incoming and outgoing, involving clients and subcontractors.
- Diligently collect, organize, and analyze critical documentation, including contracts, correspondence, and technical reports, to support claim efforts.
- Maintain comprehensive claims registers and administrative records, ensuring meticulous filing and archiving of all claim-related communications.
- Assist in the preparation of formal claim notifications, rebuttals, and settlement agreements under senior guidance.
- Coordinate seamlessly with various internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure compliance with contractual deadlines and obligations.
- Contribute to dispute resolution processes and the identification of contractual risks within solar energy projects.
Your profile

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or a closely related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in contract management, legal support, project administration, or claims handling.
- Foundational knowledge of commercial contracts, contractual obligations, and key contract law principles.
- Familiarity with solar energy projects, photovoltaic (PV) systems, and related infrastructure is a significant advantage.
- Fluent in German (C2) and English (C2) for both written and spoken communication.
- Possesses analytical thinking, strong organizational skills, and an eagerness to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
