Job Description

• Assist in preparing detailed CAD drawings 
• Use CAD software for technical drawings 
• Maintain organized drawing files and file directories as per company policy 
• Collaborate with surveyors to integrate data 
• Perform quality control checks 
• Engage in continuous learning 
• Drawing work will be primarily focused on creating new drawings rather than updating or maintaining existing files, applying specific company processes to existing architectural plans 
• Handle projects involving subdivision of buildings, working with existing architectural plans to create boundary lines and extract areas for authority submissions during both pre-construction and post-completion phases 

Requirements

• At least 0–2 years of experience in CAD drafting (open to candidates with no experience as long as they are proficient in AutoCAD) 
• Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Architecture, Surveying, or related field 
• Experience working in the Construction or Surveying industry 
• Technical proficiency in CAD software 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
• Ability to interpret survey data 
• Strong organizational skills 
• Good verbal and written communication skills 
• Arabic and other languages are advantageous but not required 
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 
• Knowledge of Revit or Civil 3D is advantageous but not required 
• Knowledge of GIS systems, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a bonus but not mandatory 
• Ability to work under supervision 
• Strong teamwork skills.

Job Type: Permanent 

Employment Type: Full-time 

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM UAE time (12:30 PM to 9:30 PM Manila time). The candidate may be required to start earlier or work overtime depending on workload.
