Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email, web research, events, etc.)
Conduct outbound outreach via email, calls, and social media to engage prospects
Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for senior sales representatives
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM system
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and activity targets
Continuously learn about our products, industry trends, and sales best practice
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
at least 1 year experience as a BDR
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated with a proactive and results-driven attitude
Comfortable making outbound calls and sending outreach emails
Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
Interest in building a career in sales or business development
