The Role- key responsibilities

The Junior Business Development Manager supports Interprefy’s sales growth by generating qualified leads, assisting with sales activities, and gradually developing full-cycle sales skills. This role contributes to building and converting pipeline while gaining hands-on experience in international B2B sales.  

Key Responsibilities:

Client / Customer 

  • Support prospect and client interactions through discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups.
  • Communicate professionally and consistently with potential customers.
  • Help ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Operational 

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
  • Support deal handovers to delivery and operations teams.
  • Collect and organise client materials and feedback.

Business Development / Growth 

  • Research andidentifypotential corporate clients in assigned markets.
  • Execute outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
  • Support Senior BDMs in managing and progressing opportunities.
  • Manage smaller sales opportunities under guidance.

Administrative / Reporting 

  • MaintainaccurateCRM records and activity logs.
  • Track leads, opportunities, and follow-up actions.
  • Support basic pipeline reporting.

Strategic / Cross-functional 

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams on active opportunities.
  • Share customer and market insights with the sales team.

Must-haves 
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, SDR/BDR, inside sales, or a comparable customer-facing role.
  • Fluent English (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken.
  • Basic experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
Nice-to-haves 
  • Experience in SaaS, IT, events, or language services.
  • Experience working in remote or international teams.
  • Additionallanguage skills (Spanish, Portuguese, French, etc.).
  • Familiarity with sales prospecting tools.
