Your key responsibilities as a Junior Business Development Manager will include:
• Growing a portfolio of accounts through strategic upsell and cross‑sell initiatives that drive adoption of FE fundinfo’s platform and products.
• Delivering tailored online demonstrations of our solutions to financial advisers across the UK.
• Managing and renegotiating contract renewals to ensure long‑term client satisfaction and retention.
• Building an in‑depth understanding of each client’s business priorities to maximise opportunities and strengthen relationships.
• Maintaining a strong and active sales pipeline by prospecting and generating new opportunities within your designated portfolio.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to monitor account performance, forecast activity, and record key actions in Salesforce.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Junior Business Development Manager:
• You have over a 1 years' experience selling technology or data solutions, ideally within financial services.
• You bring experience working in a technology‑focused environment and feel confident engaging with digital products.
• You demonstrate excellent communication skills, conveying confidence and professionalism while building strong rapport.
• You can manage your time effectively, prioritising tasks in a fast‑paced environment while working independently or collaboratively.
• You are skilled in using CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and have strong general computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
