About the role
We are looking for a young, driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in sales, a strong interest in technology and digital tools, and the ambition to grow in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing, while building strong relationships with key players in the real estate ecosystem.
🔑 What you’ll be doing
Generate, identify, and qualify inbound and outbound leads;
Develop, manage, and close ongoing sales opportunities;
Own and manage the end-to-end sales process, from first contact to contract signature;
Build and nurture relationships with investors, real estate funds, construction companies, and strategic partners;
Maintain accurate pipeline management using CRM and digital sales tools;
Source and secure new properties and business opportunities in the market;
Act proactively to expand the contact network and identify new acquisition channels.

Skills for the role
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets;
Strong negotiation and closing abilities;
Comfortable using digital tools, platforms, CRMs, and automation tools;
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team;
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, tech-driven environments, or B2B sales is a plus;
Fluent in English and Portuguese (additional languages are a plus).
