Junior Business Development Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Business Development Operations Manager to support the daily operations of our Partnership Program. This role focuses on performance monitoring, reporting, CPA reconciliation, partner support, and operational coordination to ensure efficient and scalable partner management.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Run and analyze weekly and monthly performance reports for IBs and Affiliates
- Prepare detailed reports on:
- Trading volume
- Deposits
- Active clients
- CPA performance
Optimization & Process Improvement
- Identify areas to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency
- Assist in developing internal reporting templates and automation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in operations management or similar role, typically 5+ years in a supervisory position.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various departments and staff.
- Familiarity with operational management software and tools.
- Ability to identify system limitations and recommend appropriate software solutions.
- Experience in developing strategic plans and contributing to organizational goals.
- Ability to monitor, evaluate, and report on departmental performance and efficiency.
- Commitment to improving partner/client-facing services and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
- Ability to adapt to changing organizational needs and priorities effectively.
- Understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
