Why we are looking for support
As a Junior Business Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting client projects. From research and analysis to process mapping and implementation support. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, and eager to learn how business operate and grow. You will collaborate closely with senior consultants and project teams while developing your consulting and client management skills.
Your tasks
- Support the business lead in ensuring the project team's are clear and aligned with business goals
- Effectively communicate requirements and act as a point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team
- Conduct market research, data analysis, and benchmarking to support client engagement
- Assist in identifying business challenges and opportunities for improvement
- Support the preparation of client presentations, reports, and workshops
- Support in process map design, documentation and note taking
- Contribute to process improvement and digital transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional project reams across Europe
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support in testing activities during the project including client support
- Maintain clear project documentation and ensure deliverables meet deadlines
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing and continuous learning activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related field
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships or entry-level roles in consulting, analytics, or business operations are a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), German or other European languages are a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), experience with data tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is an advantage
- Self-motivate, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
- Previous exposure to the consumer goods or retail sector is a strong plus
