Italy and Germany are two of our largest markets, and we are looking for two Junior Business Analysts who can support us in gaining a better understanding of the local payment ecosystems, market dynamic and SME behaviours. 

The role is based in Herlev, Denmark, with 20 hours per week and flexibility around studies and exams.

What you'll do

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will join our Strategy team and work closely with our leadership team to support Flatpay's expansion and strategic initiatives in Italy or Germany. In this role, you will: 

• Conduct commercial analysis (primarily using Excel)
• Assist with customer survey and analysis
• Perform research on payment markets and industry trends
• Participate in field research trips to gain insights into local markets

Who you are

• Native Italian or German speaker
• Currently studying a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, or a related field
• Analytical and structured, with a strong interest in strategy and data
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Interested in fintech, payments, and international growth
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong communication skills and able to translate insights into clear recommendations
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently with ownership of tasks
