Junior Backend Software Engineer (Kotlin / Java) - Banking Platform (m/f/x)

We are looking for motivated entry level backend software engineers to work on our brand new banking platform! 

Job Description:

Build a new exciting banking platform to serve our customers using cutting edge technology and modern software development practices

• Work on a new, exciting platform that can process millions of transactions
• Join a highly motivated team and learn from the industry leaders in FinTech 
• Translate business problems into technical solutions with a focus on clean, modern code
• Help design and implement solutions that drive modern banking and connect us to major financial institutions

• A university degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or comparable qualifications
• A good understanding of core programming concepts like data structures and algorithms
• Knowledge in Java and/or Kotlin programming languages
• Passion for well architected, testable and clean code.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Familiarity and/or a strong interest in modern infrastructure and tools like Docker, Spring Boot, AWS, Terraform, Python
• Experience with microservices and event-based asynchronous architecture is a plus
• Background in financial services is a bonus, but not required
