Key Responsibilities

Greet customers in person and over the phone

Assist with scheduling appointments and vehicle drop-offs

Support service advisors with repair updates and documentation

Communicate basic repair information and timelines to customers

Maintain accurate customer and repair records

Help manage daily front-desk workflow

Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience

Learn shop systems, repair processes, and service procedures

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Customer service or retail experience preferred

Strong communication and people skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Basic computer skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
