Junior Application Support Analyst

At System C, our software helps clinicians deliver safer, faster cancer care. As a Junior Support Analyst, known internally as Associate Support Analyst, on ChemoCare, you’ll be the friendly expert users turn to - solving problems, guiding people through issues, and learning new skills every day.

What you’ll do

  • Triage and resolve first-line tickets within agreed SLAs, keeping users updated throughout.
  • Capture clear notes, maintain the knowledge base and contribute to simple, reusable how-tos.
  • Assist with software installs/configuration (remote, with occasional on-site support).
  • Support patching, basic testing and roll-outs with senior colleagues.
  • Follow sensible processes that protect confidentiality and patient safety.

What you’ll bring

  • A curious, customer-centred mindset and great communication - written and verbal.
  • Logical problem-solving: you can break issues down and try things methodically.
  • Comfort with PCs and basic admin tasks

Exposure to any of the following is a plus (not a must):

  • Remote tools (MSTSC, VPN, VNC, RAS)
  • Windows/IIS basics, permissions, ODBC/Citrix
  • SQL Server/T-SQL reading simple queries
  • Behaviours that shine in fast-moving teams: humility, ownership, collaboration and integrity.
