What will I be doing?
Our Application Support team directly supports our customers with their Liquidlogic social care product suite and are responsible for investigating, analysing and resolving issues they face. Application Support utilises a unique blend of technical and customer facing abilities and we will focus on building both skillsets in the successful candidates.
As a Junior Application Support Analyst, known internally as Associate Application Support Analyst, you will be placed on a structured 2-year training programme that includes:
