Are you curious about how data drives financial decisions in a fast-growing fintech? As a (Junior) Analyst Reporting & Finance Analytics (m/f/d), you will join a team that sits at the intersection of finance, data, and strategy.
You’ll gain hands-on exposure to investor reporting, financial analytics, and data-driven decision-making, while working closely with experienced colleagues across Finance, Funding and IT. Beyond recurring reporting, you’ll also contribute to ad-hoc and strategic analyses that directly support business decisions.

What you can expect:

Own and improve reporting processes: Maintain, further develop, and execute our reporting codes to ensure reliable and high-quality financial reporting.

Drive automation: Help automate and streamline reporting processes to make them more efficient and scalable.

Support audits: Contribute to audit processes by preparing data, analyses, and documentation.

Work on impactful analyses: Plan and execute analyses together with the Finance team to support business and management decisions.
Your profile

Strong academic background: A degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Economics, or Business Administration.

Programming skills: Hands-on experience with at least one programming or query language such as Python, R, SQL, or SAS.

Industry exposure: Initial experience or internships in banking or financial services are a plus.

Data warehouse knowledge: Familiarity with Snowflake is an advantage.

Language skills: Good English skills are required; German is a plus.
