Junior AI Visual Designer (Internship)

Sensory Design is an AI-driven Creative Innovation Lab, crafting advanced visual experiences where design, artificial intelligence, and emotion converge.

We develop proprietary creative solutions such as:

• Feelkits – multisensory creative systems

We partner with premium and luxury brands across Europe, operating with high aesthetic standards, experimental workflows, and strong design discipline.

We are looking for a Junior Visual Designer (Internship) to join our Milan or Bolzano hub and become part of a demanding, fast-evolving creative team.

About the Role

This role is for a high-potential junior designer who already has solid visual foundations and wants to accelerate their growth inside a studio that works on complex, premium projects.

You will not be treated as “support staff”: you will be expected to think, observe, propose, and improve.
The internship is structured, but expectations are high: curiosity, taste, and accountability matter.

Responsibilities

• Actively support brand and visual identity projects from concept to execution
• Produce visual assets for digital, print, and presentation use
• Contribute to AI-assisted creative production and experimentation
• Translate references, concepts, and feedback into concrete visual outputs
• Maintain consistency, precision, and aesthetic quality across deliverables
• Participate in creative reviews, internal discussions, and design research

Requirements

• Background in Visual Design / Communication Design (final-year student or recent graduate)
• Strong visual sensitivity and understanding of branding fundamentals
• Solid base in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; Figma knowledge appreciated
• Interest in AI, generative visuals, and hybrid creative workflows
• Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and work with precision
• Proactive mindset and sense of responsibility
• Fluency in Italian and English (German is a plus)
