Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Design and implement LLM-powered applications using Python and modern frameworks

·        Develop and maintain APIs for AI model integration using FastAPI or similar frameworks

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems

·        Implement prompt engineering techniques to optimize model outputs

·       Build and maintain data processing pipelines for training and inference

·        Ensure system performance, scalability, and security

 Stay current with the latest developments in LLM and AI technologies

Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

·       At least 1.5+ years of professional software development experience (Fresh graduate will also consider if candidate has strong technical background working with llm)

Technical Skills:

·       Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (industry standard)

·       Proficiency in Python with experience in FastAPI or similar API frameworks (Flask, Django REST)

·       Experience working in Linux environments for development and deployment

·       Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation

·       Knowledge of version control systems (Git)

·       Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

·       Experience with AI-powered coding assistants (Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codeium, Cline, etc)

Soft Skills:

·       Strong motivation to learn and adapt to new technologies

·        Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

·        Strong communication skills for technical and business audiences

·        Ability to work collaboratively in agile development environments

·        Self-motivated

Advantageous Skills/Experience:

·       Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a Plus

·       Understanding of vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems is a Plus

·       Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementation is a Plus

AI/ML Specific Skills:

·        Understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms

·        Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face)

·        Knowledge of prompt engineering and model fine-tuning techniques
