About The Role

We are seeking a Junior Administrative Officer to orchestrate daily operations, including cross-team coordination, reimbursement processing, travel budgeting, and payment management. Support international teams with payroll, leave tracking, and gift/SIM card logistics. Oversee office upkeep, vendor relations, pantry supplies, and event planning. Adaptability to handle ad-hoc tasks and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure seamless workflows and a productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep the office environment neat and organized, while efficiently managing pantry supplies.
  • Oversee the distribution of gift cards, SIM cards, and facilitate staff communications.
  • Handle budgeting and management for business travel with expertise.
  • Ensure timely and accurate checking and processing of reimbursements.
  • Manage payment applications seamlessly.
  • Address office inquiries and manage access devices; collaborate with building management and external vendors.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and cross-functional teams to promote smooth operations.
  • Support international branches with expense analysis, gift purchasing, leave management, payroll support, and more.
  • Plan and organize exciting events and festivals.
  • Take on various ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field 
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or office operations role 
  • A genuine passion for delivering excellent internal service and enhancing employee experience 
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Well-developed computer skills, particularly in Microsoft 365 and Jira 
  • A proactive team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
