Junior Accounts Payable Accountant

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices in timely manner, ensuring accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and suppliers via email and phone to resolve inquiries.
  • Process and post invoices into the accounting system with precision.
  • Prepare payments and gather necessary documentation for approvals.
  • Reconcile supplier statements to maintain accurate records.
  • Solve routine issues quickly and efficiently to keep operations running smoothly.

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (or current student) in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or related field.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Prior experience in accounting or administrative roles preferred.
  • Familiarity with Accounts Payable processes or prior experience in an international business environment considered a plus.
