We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to strengthen our ambitious Finance team in Casablanca, Morocco. You will work on interesting accounting and finance projects.

In this role, you will:

Maintaining general and analytical accounting, analyzing accounts and justifying discrepancies;
Monitoring accounting entries and performing bank reconciliations;
Monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual closings, preparation of financial statements and account inventories.
Preparation of tax and accounting files, as well as tax and social declarations via SIMPL and DAMANCOM;
Managing payroll;
Monitoring customer and supplier accounts, controlling payments and follow-ups;
Preparation of financial reporting,
Management and monitoring of physical and digital archives;
Monitoring customer invoicing;
Monitoring import/export files,

Requirements

Bac +5 in Accounting, Management Control, Audit, Finance, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an accounting or audit firm
Good English language skills (both spoken and written),
Proficiency in Excel, Sage 100 ERP
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with deadlines.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
