Job Responsibilities

Manage full set of accounts – Pass journals, prepare schedules and close management accounts of overseas subsidiaries

Check subsidiaries’ financial reports from accounting agents to ensure accuracy

Process vendor invoices, payment vouchers, staff claims, vendor setup and bank reconciliations 

Ensure compliance of company's policies and procedures 

Liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth closing of financial audit 

Assist with ad-hoc tasks associated with company and group tax, VAT, audit

Ensure compliance to local statutory reporting requirements of overseas entities

Requirements

Bachelor’s/College degree in Accountancy

At least 3 years full set experience 

Meticulous and analytical with numbers 

Well versed in accounting transactions accordance to accounting standards 

Advance Excel knowledge, with demonstrated ability to organize data is preferred 

Experience in SAP will be added advantage 

Independent and self-motivated team player and reliable time management capability
