You’ll join FE fundinfo’s Commercial function, working closely with local Sales Specialists and Client Success Managers on real client challenges from day one. You’ll be coached by a Senior Account Manager during onboarding, gain exposure to industry events and client meetings, and develop your commercial acumen by managing renewals, identifying growth opportunities, and shaping account strategies. This role is a platform to accelerate your account management career, expand your knowledge of investment‑industry products and propositions, and contribute to impactful, data‑driven client outcomes in a supportive, growth‑focused environment.

Your key responsibilities as an Junior Account Manager will include:

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of existing client accounts, with clear objectives to retain and expand relationships.
  • Acting as the primary relationship contact, building trusted connections with key executives and stakeholders.
  • Leading contract renewals (including pricing discussions) and ensuring timely, transparent outcomes.
  • Identifying and qualifying expansion opportunities with the Sales team and maintaining an accurate opportunities pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics in Salesforce, using MEDDPICC methodology to drive predictable results.
  • Collaborating with Client Success Managers to identify account risks and implement clear At‑Risk plans through to positive resolution.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an Junior Account Manager:

  • You are fluent in French and English (C1) and have excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • You can understand and interpret client data in a clear, commercial manner to inform decisions and recommendations.
  • You are self‑motivated and thrive in a results‑driven environment, taking ownership to meet commitments.
  • You demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem‑solving, approaching challenges with curiosity and professionalism.
  • You pay keen attention to detail and deadlines and collaborate effectively with others, bringing a positive, “can‑do” attitude.
