We are headquartered in London, UK, but are also present in several European countries as well as the United States where we service our partners, including eBay, Amazon, Just Eat, Shopify, and Stripe.  

The Role

You will be responsible for servicing our portfolio of Danish clients – from day one Daily communication with business owners to ensure they have all the necessary information to complete their applications, via phone and email Explain the financing offers we provide and answer customers’ questions throughout the process Work with a wide range of enterprise technology platforms as well as YouLend’s own proprietary solutions for processing applications.

Requirements

• Responsibilities:
• Results-oriented with a strong sales mindset and customer focus
• Excellent communication skills – with the ability to communicate both via phone and email
• Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented – you are able to drive projects forward and remove obstacles
• Strong communication skills (fluent Danish and English)
• Have a good eye for detail and are comfortable working with numbers and data
• Basic knowledge of Excel or other data analysis tools (advanced skills are a plus, but not a requirement)
• Motivated to work towards goals and learn to exceed them
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work structured with daily deadlines
• A team player who wants to collaborate across teams and learn from more experienced colleagues
