SMB segment continues to be a strong growth engine. With increasing inbound demand and a maturing go-to-market motion, we’re now hiring a
Junior Account Executive to support our SMB business and play a key role in converting momentum into revenue.
This is an ideal opportunity for a high-performing
SDR or BDR ready to step into a closing role. You’ll inherit strong inbound flow while continuing to sharpen your outbound craft, a true hybrid setup designed to accelerate your path into a fully-fledged AE position.

In this role you will
- Support and grow our SMB customer base by managing a balanced pipeline of inbound and outbound opportunities, qualifying and converting them into closed-won customers.
- Proactively generate additional pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls and multi channel outreach).
- Operate in a structured, KPI-driven environment with clear expectations and coaching.
- Run discovery calls, product demos, follow-ups, and negotiations for SMB accounts.
- Develop strong objection-handling and closing skills with daily feedback and training.
- Collaborate closely with senior AEs and leadership as you progress toward a full AE position.
What you need to be successful
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally as an SDR or BDR in a SaaS environment.
- Strong outbound foundation, you’re already comfortable picking up the phone.
- Motivated to move into a closing role and grow your commercial ownership.
- Highly coachable and responsive to feedback.
- Structured, disciplined, and comfortable working toward clear KPIs.
- Competitive mindset with strong internal drive.
- Native in German and Fluent in English.
