[July 2026 Onwards Intake] Internship - Product Design Engineering (Memory Health)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform Test execution on NAND BGAs.
• Perform system Level Reliability and Package Level Reliability Tests on NAND.
• Perform Failure Analysis on the rejected BGAs.
• Develop python scripts to automate log parsing and analysis.

REQUIRED: 

• Pursuing studies in Bachelors Degree in Materials, Electronic, Microelectronic or related Engineering field.

PREFERRED:

• Interest in device, embedded systems.
• Data analysis and statistical methods.
• Electronics materials and fabrication processes.
