What You’ll Do

• Strategic Universe Mapping: Lead the exhaustive mapping and ranking of new account opportunities to define our target landscape.
• Complex Franchise Research: Conduct deep-dive investigations into complex organizational structures (e.g., corporate vs. franchisee-owned territories) to pinpoint key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Operational Support: Partner closely with the team to synthesize data and create high-impact presentations for internal leadership.
• Data Organization: Maintain and optimize internal databases to ensure the sales team has actionable intelligence for negotiations.

What We’re Looking For

• Professional Background: Prior experience in Management Consulting is highly preferred. We also value candidates from high-growth restaurant-tech startups or Private Equity environments.
• High Autonomy & Urgency: A proactive self-learner who operates with a high sense of urgency and remains highly responsive in a fast-paced environment.
• Critical Thinking: The ability to navigate a heavy workload and prioritize tasks effectively without the need for constant supervision.
• Analytical Mindset: Someone who genuinely enjoys deep research, "connecting the dots" in complex data sets, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Technical Aptitude: While not mandatory, proficiency in SQL and Python is a significant advantage.

This role is based in our Bogota office. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we’re in the marketplace of ideas and innovation. When you’re constantly innovating, changing how an industry works, inventing new products and processes - and we are doing all these things - we believe we’re better as a team in person. That’s why all of our teams (except for our field-based roles) work from one of our office locations 5 days a week.
