How You'll Make a Difference:
The Jr. Salesforce Developer will be responsible for developing and managing applications on the Salesforce platform. They will work with a team of other developers to create custom applications that solve specific business problems from business requirements or specifications. The Salesforce Developer will integrate Salesforce with other systems and databases. They will utilize Apex, Visualforce, and other technologies to build custom solutions while troubleshooting and resolving issues with existing applications. The Salesforce Developers provide support to users and train them on how to use the applications they have developed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and Deliver Salesforce Lightning Experience system configurations primarily in Service and/or Health Cloud
- Working with designing and developing solutions on Salesforce Health Cloud B2C on Salesforce Reference Architecture (SFRA)
- Build and Deliver Salesforce Lightning Experience system configurations primarily in Service and/or Health Cloud
- Create, develop, and deliver feature requests using declarative tools and detailed knowledge of Flows, case management, object configuration, validation rules, and app builder, etc.
- Developing and implementing solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Salesforce platform
- Create and maintain role-based permission levels within Salesforce to align with compliance and regulatory data standards for HIPPA
- Working closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and support the successful implementation of Salesforce initiatives
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure that Salesforce integrates seamlessly with other processes, systems, and applications where applicable
- Drive and manage the ongoing development Health Cloud tool and web properties
- Support adoption and integration of Health Cloud into related areas of the organization
- Responsible for coordinating development of complex Salesforce product(s) from conception to delivery to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial and corporate growth objectives
- Collaborates with wide variety of functional areas such as clinical, product, marketing, engineering, IT, and operations to develop/implement enhancements for Salesforce products
- Develop efficient and effective processes for rapid business solutions
- Develop, test, demonstrate, and support Salesforce system configuration solutions – reporting, workflows, custom objects and fields, data-extensions, automations, dynamic content scripting and templates to support our ecommerce transaction web properties
- Full-stack development specifically around server side and client-side JavaScript and MVC architecture
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Integrate commerce cloud with 3rd party/backend systems leveraging link cartridge/OCAPI/custom services while ensuring scalability, performance and coding guidelines
- Assist customer with UAT planning as needed K. Assist with UAT defect triage calls

Maintain and communicate QA metrics to internal and customer partners via status/metrics reports
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-3+ years’ experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
- 2-3+ Experience with server-side and client-side JavaScript
- 2+ years hands-on experience in web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, JQuery, web analytics, XML, web services (SOAP/REST), and open-source packages/libraries
- Knowledge of digital commerce components such as users, catalog, pricing, inventory, and payment Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA)
- Experience with Git source control, CI/CD tools, and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Slack
- Structuring ISML files based on the design wireframes
- Good understanding of styling best practices on SFCC
- Experience creating components in page designer J. Extensive knowledge and experience on all part of SFCC MVC model K. Experience with VScode
- Well-versed in Agile/Scrum development methodology and experience with Jira/Confluence
- Experience with web frameworks, interactive web development, responsive web design
- Language & Communication Skills: excellent leadership, management, and communication skills with ability to work collaboratively with other departments and external stakeholders; must be fluent in both spoken and written English and maintain professionalism in all verbal and written correspondence with both internal and external clients
- Decision Making: strong ability to self-manage time to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Computer Skills: able to utilize necessary programs to ensure effective communication, collection of metrics, and proprietary software; including but not limited to: Microsoft product suite, Adobe Suite
- Problem Solving: strong analytical and problem-solving skills
