Marcus & Millichap is seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Jr. Production Designer to support the production of property and agent marketing materials across North America. This is an execution-focused role centered on creating high-quality assets at scale using Adobe InDesign and other templated design platforms.
The ideal candidate is a reliable production designer who thrives in a high-volume environment, follows templates and brand standards closely, and takes pride in delivering accurate, polished materials. You will support multiple teams nationwide, helping brokerage professionals promote listings, events, and their personal brands with consistency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Design Production & Execution:
Produce property and agent marketing materials using established templates in Adobe InDesign and other templated design platforms (e.g., Maxa, Buildout)
Create branded postcards and capability brochures for agents and agent teams based on approved layouts
Design event flyers and supporting marketing collateral for agent-hosted and firm sponsored events
Create holiday graphics and ongoing social media assets for agent use
Manage multiple concurrent requests while meeting defined turnaround times and quality standards
Email & Digital Asset Support:
Build and deploy email campaigns in Constant Contact on behalf of agents using pre-approved templates
Optimize and resize graphics for use across print, email, social media, and third party marketing platforms
Upload and manage creative assets within third-party websites and marketing tools as required
Brand Standards & Quality Control:
Follow Marcus & Millichap brand guidelines, templates, and production standards closely
Proof all materials carefully to ensure accuracy in layout, formatting, and content
Ensure all deliverables are consistent, professional, and ready for immediate agent use
Collaboration & Workflow:
Support multiple property marketing and BTS teams across markets nationwide
Work closely with Property Marketing coordinators, managers, and production leads to fulfill requests efficiently
Track assigned tasks through established workflows or ticketing systems
Communicate clearly regarding timelines, revisions, and completion of deliverables

Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of professional graphic design or production design experience
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong emphasis on InDesign
Experience working within templates and established brand guidelines
Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact or similar tools
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Ability to manage repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality
