Jr. Product Engineer

As jr. product engineer you join our NPI product development team and help shape the next generation of our products. You are playing an active role throughout the entire development cycle. From early proof-of-concepts to prototypes, pre-series, and full series production. You will contribute to the design, verification and industrialization activities in all phases of the product design

• You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary development team to bring new products and solutions to life.​

• You contribute to every stage of development: from defining requirements to supporting series production. ​

• You create and maintain electronic parts in our ECAD library.​

• You support ECAD activities for interface and test boards.​

• You design cables and produce clear, accurate cable definitions.​

• You define and implement test and measurement setups.​

• You perform hands-on testing on products and components during the R&D development cycle.

• You assist the design team with root cause analysis when issues arise.

• You execute test procedures and deliver structured, high-quality test reports.

• You follow company procedures to support our quality and environmental management systems.  

• You report to the R&D Manager Hardware.

Requirements

Your profile

You’re someone who enjoys diving into electronics and wants to grow into a strong hardware engineer.

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering.​

• You have a genuine interest both analog and digital hardware.​

• You have a meticulous, independent working style with a drive for ‘First Time Right’ quality. ​

• You have clear communication skills and fluency in English. ​

• You have a practical, hands-on mindset and problem-solving attitude. ​

• You show curiosity, eagerness to learn, and ambition to grow within the role.
