We are hiring a junior–mid level AI Developer who can build, ship, and explain AI voice agents.
This role sits between engineering and product, this is not a research role. This is applied AI, systems execution, and product delivery.
What You Will Build
You will help build and maintain productized AI voice agents, including:
- Inbound AI Receptionists
- Outbound AI SDRs / Appointment Setters
- Ops & Admin AI Assistants
- Executive AI Assistants
All AI voice agents are:
- Voice-first
- Built on a standardized internal stack
- Deployed using repeatable templates
- Configured, not reinvented
Core Responsibilities
- Build and maintain voice AI agents
- Design and implement deterministic conversation flows
- Intents
- Branching logic
- Guardrails and fallbacks
- Implement workflows using n8n
- Qualification logic
- Routing
- CRM updates
- Notifications and follow-ups
- Integrate with GoHighLevel
- Pipelines
- Calendars
- SMS / email
- Contact and deal records
- Collaborate with founders on:
- Core build architecture
- Product standards
- Reusable agent templates
- Join select client meetings
- Explain build logic clearly
- Walk through how agents work
- Provide technical confidence without over-engineering
- Document builds so they are:
- Repeatable
- Transferable
- Maintainable
Requirements
- Strong prior experience building AI agents or automations using:

Retell.ai (Voice AI or conversational AI experience)
- n8n (workflow - experience integrating APIs and webhooks)
- Extensive GoHighLevel experience (certification preferred) and understanding of other CRMs clients may be using (i.e., HubSpot, Active Campaign, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Clear enough to speak with co-founders & clients
- Confident explaining systems and logic
- Ability to follow specs precisely
- Ability to think in systems and patterns, not one-off hacks
- Emerging leadership traits:

- Willingness to improve the architecture, not just execute tickets
- Must be located in LATAM.
Nice-to-Have
- Basic JavaScript or Python for custom logic
- Prior agency or client-delivery experience
- Experience helping standardize or productize technical systems
