Jr. Human Resources Specialist (New Grad)

TLDR

Contribute to various HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement in a dynamic technology company while supporting cross-functional teams.

  • Learn and actively contribute to end-to-end Human Resources processes
  • Support recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure smooth employee experiences
  • Contribute to performance management and continuous feedback cycles
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data
  • Assist with employee engagement, eNPS, and internal communication initiatives
  • Take part in HR policy, procedure, and documentation work
  • Support employer branding and career communication activities
  • Assist in organizing internal events (weekly & monthly meetings, social events)
  • Learn and support HR metrics and reporting (turnover, time-to-hire, headcount, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality principles (KVKK/GDPR)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily HR operations
  • Adapt quickly to change in a fast-growing technology company
  • Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to daily tasks
  • Be open to feedback and eager to continuously learn and improve
  • New graduate or up to 1 year of experience in a relevant field
  • Strong interest in Human Resources, organizational development, and the tech ecosystem

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Sociology, or related fields
  • New graduate or up to 1 year of experience in Human Resources or a similar role
  • Strong interest in Human Resources, People & Culture, and organizational development
  • Willingness to learn recruitment, performance management, L&D, and employee engagement processes
  • Basic knowledge of HR concepts and terminology
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with a willingness to work with data and metrics
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets; familiarity with HR tools is a plus
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to take ownership
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change in a dynamic startup environment
