About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Junior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to support our marketing, product, and executive content initiatives. This role is ideal for someone early in their design career (1–2 years of experience) who is eager to grow, experiment, and contribute to a wide range of visual projects across the company.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Lead and CEO to produce high‑quality graphics, short‑form videos, and branded assets that elevate our brand presence and support ongoing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Create marketing materials such as social media graphics, ads, banners, email visuals, and presentation assets.

  • Support product‑related design needs, including UI mockups, feature visuals, and in‑app graphics (light‑weight, not full UI/UX role).

  • Assist in maintaining and evolving brand guidelines across all visual touchpoints.

  • Produce clean, consistent, and on‑brand designs with quick turnaround times.


Video Editing

  • Edit short‑form videos for marketing, product explainers, and CEO content.

  • Use tools like Filmora (preferred) or similar beginner‑friendly editing software.

  • Add captions, transitions, overlays, and basic motion elements to enhance video quality.

  • Repurpose long‑form content into short clips for social platforms.


Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the CEO on content creation needs (e.g., thought‑leadership videos, announcements, product updates).

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver assets on time.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content.


Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or related creative roles (internships and freelance work count).

  • Strong proficiency in Canva for graphic design.

  • Working knowledge of Filmora or similar video editing tools.

  • A portfolio showcasing design and video work (required).

  • Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to iterate based on feedback.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑moving environment.

  • Must be able to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST) and maintain consistent overlap with the team


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Basic motion graphics or animation experience.

  • Familiarity with Figma,, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.

  • Experience creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, or YouTube.

  • Interest in product design or UI visuals.

Other Details:
Compensation: $5 - $6 USD/hour
Schedule and Hours: 20 hours/week , Overlap with EST
