Contribute to high-value projects by supporting Senior Customer Engineers and mastering the integration of data from leading e-commerce platforms.
As Narvar continues to scale its post-purchase platform, we are looking for a high-energy, technically curious Junior Customer Engineer to join our team. This is a foundational role designed for a recent college graduate or bootcamp finisher who is eager to dive into the world of e-commerce, APIs, and data integration.
You won't be expected to architect complex systems on day one. Instead, you will be the "engine room" of the CE team—supporting our Senior Customer Engineers and Shopify SMEs on high-value projects. You’ll be taking on some of the extra tasks needed by the team but involved in the background, learning how the world’s biggest brands move data, and the right candidates will be looking to eventually grow into an implementation expert. We are looking for a teammate who is coachable, deadline-driven, and ready to help our team raise the bar.
This isn't just a "support" job. You will be working directly on the connective tissue of global retail. You’ll be mentored by industry experts, get hands-on experience with modern iPaaS tools, and have a clear career path toward becoming a full Customer Engineer or Integration Architect.
