 As a Junior Campaign Management Specialist at Adlook, you’ll support the execution of digital advertising campaigns from setup to reporting. Working closely with Sales Managers and Technical Account Managers (TAMs), you’ll help optimize performance, ensure smooth operations, and contribute analytical insights that drive success.   • Assist in campaign planning by supporting research, tailoring pitch materials, and helping to build media plans aligned with client goals and budgets;
  • Ensure accurate campaign setup, asset coordination, and platform configuration;
  • Support client onboarding, facilitate access to platforms, and assist in training where needed;
  • Monitor campaign performance (pacing, KPIs, margins) and perform regular quality checks on inventory and data;
  • Collaborate with TAMs to help troubleshoot technical issues and optimize campaign parameters;
  • Prepare post-campaign reports with performance insights, trends, and actionable recommendations;
  • Track financial performance of campaigns including budget spend, margins, and invoice matching;
  • Maintain internal documentation and assist in improving operational workflows;
  • Help generate dashboards and summaries for internal reporting and planning.
  • What Is Required?
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field;
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with data and derive insights;
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability — particularly when handling multiple tasks or reviewing data;
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, etc.); familiarity with analytics tools or platforms is a plus;
  •  Experience in campaign execution, adtech, or digital marketing, preferably in a supporting or consulting role (ideally agency background) 
  • Curiosity and ability to learn new platforms and technical tools quickly;
  • Clear and professional communication skills — written and verbal — for supporting internal teams and client-facing interactions;
  • Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to contribute to team efficiency and success;
  • English fluency (B2 or higher); additional languages are a plus.
