Objective:
Coordinate and execute all activities related with Customer Care and Export process from Belgium, to ensure
that all export requests will be completed on time, guaranteeing the delivery of value to the business and
the satisfaction of the internal and extern clients.

Main responsabilities:

  • Prioritize customer orders and initiate the inventory allocation process.
  • Manage customer requirements and follow up with planning to ensure adequate levels of service.
  • Process sales orders, track orders, and investigate problems.
  • Process and report invoices for payment.
  • Keep track and update the open order reports.
  • Complete all export documentation to deliver products for customer orders.
  • Follow up on exports to customers.
  • Provide external and internal customer service.
  • Governance the customs processes for the company
  • Provide information and assistance with internal or external audits of the company.
  • Make quotes and comparisons of prices to obtain the best service and cost in the outbound of the company.
  • Provide timely response on cargo status.



Job Requirements:

  • University degree in Customs Administration, Commerce, Industrial Engineering or related career. (Completed)
  • 2 years’ experience in Logistics or related position.
  • Proficiency with programs such as Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point, etc
  • Intermediate English (writing and reading) B2+
  • Plus knowledge SAP, Salesforce.
  • This positions requires availability to work from: 4:00a.m. to 1:00p.m.
