Role: Associate Customer Support (Permanent)
Support Japanese users on a leading online shopping platform — guide, solve, and make their shopping experience seamless.

📍 Cyberjaya, Malaysia
✈️ Relocation Support Provided

Your Day-to-Day
Assist customers via online channels, resolve order & platform issues, provide clear guidance, ensure smooth user journeys.

Shift Schedule (Rotational)
8AM – 5PM
9AM – 6PM
1PM – 10PM
3PM – 12AM
💡 Afternoon shift allowance included

Salary & Package
- MYR 8,000 – 9,000 Basic
- MYR 500 Transport Allowance
- Medical Coverage Included:
IP (≤ USD80K) • OP (≤ USD250)
