CTI is seeking a highly skilled and mission‑focused Joint Experimentation and Data Integration Operations (JEDI Ops) Team Lead to support the US Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) J81 Joint Innovation and Experimentation Division. This position leads a diverse team of 21 professionals conducting cutting-edge exercise experimentation, concept development, and technology integration across the Indo-Pacific region. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of emerging warfighting concepts, integrated deterrence, and joint experimentation.
The Joint Experimentation and Data Integration Operations (JEDI Ops) Team Lead is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of a dynamic and impactful team focused on conducting cutting-edge exercise experimentation across the Indo-Pacific region. This role is in support of the in the US Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) J81 Joint Innovation and Experimentation Division. You would lead a team of 21 personnel in developing, deploying, and evaluating advanced concepts and technologies related to kill web development, integrated deterrence, and future warfighting capabilities. The JEDI Ops Team Lead is the primary point of contact for all aspects of the program, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, effective resource allocation, streamlined personnel management, and successful execution of complex, multi-faceted exercises throughout the USINDOPACOM Area of Operation (AOR).
