A Talent Pool is a collection of people, just like you, who want to register their interest in joining Granola in the future. It’s a great way for us to keep in touch, for new roles, hiring events and everything else Granola.
How does your Talent Pool work?
We don’t actively monitor or approve people into our Talent Pool, but it’s our first stop for hiring. Anyone can join, regardless of experience or skill level, and we’ll let you know as soon as we have something suitable.

Yes, potentially. We’ll search and reach out to relevant people in our Talent Pool before we openly advertise any new roles.
I’m not a Software Engineer, can I still join?
Yes, our Talent Pool is for everyone, regardless of role or seniority. We do all the filtering on our side, so you can join once and we’ll contact you when we have something suitable.
Can I still speak with one of your team?
We’re fortunate to have a lot of incredibly talented people wanting to join Granola, applying to our live roles and our Talent Pool.
This means we’re not able to speak with everyone, but we’ll let you know if we think it’s worth mutually committing time to a call.
