About us

Founded in 2018, Deimos is a growing cloud-native DevSecOps technology services company and our vision is to be the leading Cloud Native technology company in Africa. In short, we help companies of all sizes adopt the Cloud for improved service delivery to their clients. We’re a fully remote African-based team across 5 African countries and counting with predominantly Software and SRE / DevOps engineers who are passionate about implementing engineering best practices, leveraging the latest technologies and building globally competitive solutions for our clients. 

Our hiring process

1. Let's meet and get to know each other better over a 30 minute call.
2. Time to see if you've got what it takes. Join the team for a technical Role fit interview to assess your experience and technical capabilities in relation to the role applied for.
3. Culture fit interview to get an idea of whether you will work well within our company. Also a great opportunity for you to assess whether Deimos is the right place for you!
4. Reference checks.

About you

With Deimos being one of the two moons of Mars, we like to refer to ourselves as “Martians”, who are on a mission together to Mars. For us to achieve our ambitious vision together as a team, our Martians (team members) need to lead at all levels, be self-starters who take initiative, and put their hands up for challenging tasks.
